At Scremerston First School we take part in lots of sport activities. These include swimming, football, cricket, rounders and athletics. We play sport against other schools, especially our cluster schools. We play football friendly matches with Norham and rounders and cricket against Ford,Lowick,Chatton,Eglingham and Ellingham.We go swimming every Wednesday in Berwick. At the end of the year there is a Swimming Gala just for year 4's from local schools. Specialist coaches teach us P.E. to help us improve our skills. We also have Sports Day which our parents come to watch and enjoy. We have Parents Races, running races, sack races, Teachers Race, relay, egg and spoon and the Toddlers Race. We all get certificates for being good sports.
