We love music at our school!
We access instrumental tuition through Music Partnership North. This year our Y3 and Y4 children will be learning the ukulele with tutor May Thompson.

Every week we have a singing assembly with our friend Mrs Maggie Wright, who comes to play the piano for us. We learn a wide variety of songs, some traditional and some more modern.
Every year we put on a Christmas performance; when the whole school take part in the production, this always includes lots of catchy songs.
This year we performed "A miracle in town", there were opportunities for the children to sing solo, in smaller groups and as a whole school. In the afternoon performance Lucky Ducks nursery started off our performance with "Twinkl, twinkle little star."
